A portrait of four remarkable philosophers
The two-part “Art of Oil” image brochure tells the story of a family and an idea! During a trip to visit grandparents living in the Spanish highlands, an imaginative seed was planted in the head of founder couple Laura and Christian. The idea filled small porcelain stoneware bottles which were brought to Germany and given away to family and friends. Since that initial ‘trip’, once a year, every year, olive oil is produced by an organic farmer near Toledo in Spain. The oil is cold pressed on a small farm and each year an unique characteristic is present – just like fine wine!
The corporate presentation brochure was designed as a dedication to the grandparents and where it all began. Open thread stitching binds 100 pages of Metapaper EXTRAROUGH Warmwhite which relay the story of the grandparents, the olive trees and the farm in a heart- warming fashion. The presentation is more reflective of a picture diary than a corporate presentation – but works perfectly. To sympathise with the olive oil products, the product catalogue is printed on Mohawk LOOP Snow 118gsm – the 100% recycled fibre nicely underlining and echoing the organic character of the products. The covers of both brochures were printed solid black with a striking white font breaking the space. Exactly matching the content: Modest and simple, but elegant and high quality.
